The charming multicultural Town of Newmarket located in York Region and situated between downtown Toronto and Barrie, Ontario, right off Highway 404 has been ranked by Money Sense Magazine as one of the best places to live in Canada (in 2012 they were in the #10 spot of 200 Canadian places to live and #4 in a list of top 10 small cities to live in).
Newmarket is very much a ‘small town atmosphere’ with the resources of a larger city. Main Street reminds all who walk it of the town’s historic roots. For those who enjoy the outdoors, there are over 70 parks and nature trails. The summer months are filled with festivals, “music in the park” and “moonlight movies” appealing to those of all ages.

With a large local hospital (Southlake Regional Health Centre), beautiful large shopping mall (Upper Canada Mall), restaurants, boutique stores, state-of-the-art recreation facilities, and summer Farmer’s Market, convenience is close at hand.
