Activity and lounge spaces are located on every floor offering a unique experience in each area of the building. The Metta Spa offers hairdressing, a Doctor’s office, dentist office, and a hydrotherapy program. The complimentary Metta Cafe is located on the main floor which offers coffee, tea, and snacks 24-hours a day. 24/7 nursing services are provided by our Health and Wellness team who are always prepared to meet the needs of your loved one, which is why we create an individual health program based on their specific needs.

Dementia and Alzheimer's Specialized Care: The Metta Lifestyles Memory Care Program offers a unique approach including higher levels of staffing and attention so that we can ensure all of your loved one's needs are met while dealing with memory care complexities.

Continence Care: The Health and Wellness team will create an individual Continence Care Program based on the needs of the resident. This could include assistance with frequent washroom visits, ordering and changing of continence products to ensure your loved one is always feeling fresh, and assistance getting out of bed with our hoyer lifts.

Medication Management: Our Health and Wellness team will ensure that your loved one is given the correct medication at the right time. We work with our pharmacy provider to order your loved one's medication, and administer it as directed by the Doctor.

Our Lifestyles team provides a variety of daily activities catered to your loved one's individual needs to ensure that they live a healthy and active lifestyle.
We offer and arrange weekly visits from our Physician, Podiatrist, Dentist, Audiologist, and Massage Therapist.
