Hawthorne Place Care Centre is located near Finch Avenue and Highway 400. This Long Term Care Home opened in 1973 and has established many relationships within the Community over the years. Hawthorne Place is just steps away from local restaurants and shopping centres. We are proud to say we partner together with Humber River Regional Hospital.

This 249 multicultural bed home prides itself on providing excellent care and specialty programs such as Respite, Responsive Behavior and Convalescent Care Programs. Our Convalescent Care Program has 34 beds and is a multi-disciplinary team specializing in restorative care with a separate dedicated physiotherapy team. The Responsive Behavior Unit has 20 beds.

A variety of recreation programs keep our Residents independent, active and entertained. Residents can enjoy music therapy, monthly outings and monthly Italian cooking. We welcome you to come in and join us for a tour, and make our home yours.
