WHAT IS OANHSS?

The Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes & Services for Seniors (OANHSS) is a provincial membership-based association that has represented, promoted and supported not-for-profit providers of care, services and housing for seniors for over 85 years. This is done through government relations, educational programs, and member services. Member organizations operate over 26,000 long-term care beds and over 5,000 seniors’ housing units. OANHSS works with funders, other providers of care and services for seniors, and with consumer groups to make the long-term care system accountable, cost-efficient and effective in delivering top quality care to seniors in Ontario.
